Tuesday, January 16th, 2007So i am weighing in at 198lbs right now. I want to be weighing in at 185lbs. I am training 5days a week.
Day 1- AM- 10mins Warmup - Chest PM - 20 Minute Cardio

Wednesday, August 23rd, 2006I’m 23 years old at 175lbs and 6ft 3in. I want to know a good diet that would help me gain wight. I stay at the same wight for along time no matter what I do! So, maybe someone can help me out with this. I also work out every day. I want to get around 185 or 190.
